Bake Off come Wedding Season

I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't make the London CI this year, but conveniently my alternative workplace has decided to do their own 'Bake Off'! Naturally, the pressure is on from colleagues to produce something amazing, and I also am looking forward to getting creative with sugar once again. I have a week to go!

With wedding season not far away (although they seem to be happening all year around now anyway), I have been asked by my lovely sister to do the honours. I can't give anything away for obvious reasons, but it will definately test all my caking skills and hopefully be a beautiful and yummy cake. I know the wedding will look great, I just received my official invite this morning.
